日吸Josi Uan比ng BcoZheng JiliongTo飞升ifo(俄罗斯联邦保证计，统一法》(而二心m今如肠咖I’m众双矛on几retrol催粼ofR山‘ha)规定俄罗斯计量制度的法律。1卯2年由俄罗斯联邦最高苏维埃审议批准颁布，于1卯3年7月1日开始实施。在苏联时期，曾有过较完善的计量法律和法规。例如:十月革命后颁布的(关于实行国际米制的法令》，1935年颁布的《苏联计量法》，1973年部长会议通过以《国家标准委员会及其所属计量机构法律地位、权限和职能》，1983年部长会议通过以《苏联保证计量统一》和《标准化、计量器具国家监督条例》等。随着苏联的解体，上述有关计量的法律法规都已失效。1卯2年颁布的(俄罗斯联邦保证计量统一法》第4条规定，与保证计t统一有关的国家行政管理工作由俄罗斯联邦国家标准化、计量与认证委员会(以万1卫)执行。 (俄罗斯联邦保证计量统一法》共7章27条。主要内容包括:总则;计量单位;计量器具与规范性测量方法;计童机构;国家计量监督与检查;计量器具的校准与认证;违反本法规定的责任;保证计量统一工作的财政经费。它是参照国际法制计量组织(01ML)有关国际建议，按照国际惯例制定的，是一部向市场经济过渡的计t法律。(王金玉)
