Minor Crime has already become the global focus of attention,the cause of crime are various,in order to better prevent this kind of crime,this article analyzed its cause from four aspects of self-factors of crime,family factors,school factors and social factors.

By using the method questionnaire and mathematical statistics ,the paper makes investigation and analyzing about their physical training habit and studying the school factors that affect the cultivation of their physical training habit ,thus providing useful information concerning the teaching reform in physical education.

Objective: The study aims to consider and examine the connection between family /school factors and the learning situation of junior high school students from the perspective of students’subjective views.
