海关估价协议(Agreement on Customs Evaluation)。
由4个部分、24个条款、3个附件组成。该协议确定了海关估价的六种方法，即成效价格、相同商品的交易价格、相似商品的交易价格、扣除法、海关估价、计算顺序类推法等，要求对进口商品征收关税务局时要公平合理，客观地确定商品的价值，不能武断或歧视性地确定商品的价值或分类，以便各国商品以合理税赋水平在进口国进行竞争。
