As the financial market of our country develops rapidly, the problem of relation between the assets price fluctuates and monetary policy becomes one of the hot problems studied in recent years, and people have concerned the function of the financial assets price in the monetary policy increasingly.

Use quarterly data from 1998 to 2008 and analyze the relationship between China’s assets price and inflation by Co-integration & error correction model and Granger causality test.

Emphasized to discuss the education to consume to gather and homologous some properties,and deduce the matrix of a wealth effect and the price effect to mean.

The conclusions are that,under the condition in this paper,(1) the judgement on total price effect is mainly decided by two factors,which are the foreign firm s output adjustment induced by exogenous tariff reduction and internationa.

Highly competitively sectors weaken the price effect of import competition on firms,while strengthen the cost effect.
