委托人要求行纪人合理处分委托物的权利：《合同法》第417条规定委托物交付给行纪人时有瑕疵或者容易腐烂、变质的，经委托人同意，行纪人可以处分该物；和委托人不能及时取得联系的，行纪人可以处分该物；和委托人不能及时取得联系的，行纪人可以合理处分。解释如下；这既是行纪人权利，也为行纪人义务。因为行纪人上为了委托人的利益为委托人处理事务的，在处理委托人的事务过程中应选择最有利于委托人的方式，在委托物交付给行纪人时有瑕疵或容易腐烂、变质的，为了维护委托人的利益，行纪人有义务及时将该情况通知委托人，在征得委托人的同意下可按委托人的指示处分该物，在不能和委托人及时取得联系的情况下，行纪人应与维护自己的利益一样的维护委托人的利益，及时作出合理处置，以免委托人的利益受到损失，行纪人处分是否合理，应以行纪人处分该委托物当时的具体情况而定，行纪人未尽必要的注意义务，发现委托物有瑕疵或者将腐烂、变质，而怠慢于通知委托人，又不采取必要措施作出合理处置的，对因此而给委托人造成的扩大损失，行纪人应负赔偿责任，行纪人未对出卖或购入的委托物按照规定检验，或者虽经检验而未对委托物瑕疵提出异议的，行纪人对委托人的瑕疵或者损失、灭失应承担责任。《合同法》第417条
