lianting shengmingli舰艇生命力(ship Vitality)舰艇遭受战斗或事故损伤后，能保持和恢复航行与战斗性能的能力。是舰艇战术技术性能的要素之一。包括:不沉性、防火防爆性、武器技术装备抗损性、人员防护性等。一艘舰艇的生命力的强弱有赖于设计建造的合理性和舰员实施损害管制的能力及效果。舰艇设计建造时，须考虑可能遭受的战斗破损，从舰艇主尺度、总布置、材料、结构和设备等方面，采取必要的设计措施，使舰艇具备合理的生命力物质基础，同时也为舰员进行损害管制提供有利条件。如设置水密的舱壁和甲板，形成有效的水密分舱;配备适当的排水和平衡舰艇的装置和系统;选用不燃或耐火造船材料，设置防火隔壁;装备可靠的高效消防设备和器材，安装自动灭火和探测警报系统;主动力装置采用多机多轴、分组分舱布置，辅助机械和设备多重配备，并适当加大功率储备;电力系统采用多电站发电、多电源供电配置方式;武器装备分散布置，多电源供电，分级控制;舱内保持气密或增压，采取防核、防化、防生物武器以及舱内空气净化等措施;易损或要害舱室设防弹结构等。舰艇服役期间，必须建立严密的损管组织，并对舰员进行严格的训练。要求舰员平时严格执行安全规定和损管措施，维护好一切装备和设施，使舰艇经常处于生命力最佳状态;一旦发生破损时，组织舰员奋力抢救，消除损害，尽最大可能恢复舰艇生命力。自20世纪70年代以来，在武器命中率和破坏力迅速提高的新条件下，许多国家海军在舰艇研制中引进“舰艇生存力”新概念。其涵义既包括舰艇生命力，又包括采用电子对抗和降低舰艇自身物理场强度等战术技术措施，使舰艇具有减少或免遭损伤的能力。(郑炯彝)
