| 侠义公案小说 中国近代小说流派。侠义小说和公案小说合流的产物。唐、宋、元、明都有侠义小说和公案小说。近代的侠义公案小说数量多，影响大，曾风靡一时。如《施公案》、《彭公案》、《三侠五义》、《小五义》等，这些小说已从短篇发展为长篇，内容几乎都是名臣或清官审案折狱，屡遭危难 ，在一些豪侠之士帮助下得以保证安全；而侠客义士又必须仰仗官府势力，得以飞黄腾达，二者相互依靠和扶持。因此 ，侠义公案小说的主要思想倾向是：赞扬忠烈之臣和侠义之士，铲除奸恶，匡扶社稷。宣扬“尽忠”思想，提倡“奴才”哲学，鼓吹变节行为。小说中的豪侠义士出生入死，实质不过是奴才而已。有少数侠义公案小说在艺术上有一定成就，叙述生动，格调明快，诙谐幽默。但大多数作品在艺术上非常粗糙。 |
