出名合伙人要求隐名合伙人分担合伙损失的权利：隐名合伙人虽不与第三人发生关系，对出名合伙人经营合伙事务中发生的债务不负清偿责任，但对于出名合伙人经营合伙的损失，隐名合伙人应在出资的限度内予以分担。但若第三人证明隐名合伙人对于出名合伙人参与经营合伙事务而隐名合伙人又不能提出相反证据时，则隐名合伙人就应该与出名合伙人一同就合伙债务负无限连带责任。《民法》第一版，魏振瀛，北京大学出版社。
