汉语语法著作。金兆梓著。1922年上海中华书局初版，1955年修订再版，1983年商务印书馆新 1版。金兆梓(1889～1975)，字子敦，号芚盦，浙江金华人。文史学家。早年从事教育工作。这本书是他在北京高等师范学校授课时的讲稿，经过整理而成的。清末民初，语言学者研究汉语语法，大多以马建忠（1845～1900）所著《马氏文通》(1898)一书为规范。这本书从语言实际出发，按照逻辑的要求，根据语句的结构方式，探讨其条例与法则。全书共分3章。第1章"导言"，说明探讨一国之语法，应根据该国语文在长期使用中的习惯及历史发展来研究。第 2章"文法之研究法"，扼要地介绍了历史研究法、比较研究法和普通研究法，上述 3种方法在研究中应同时并用。第 3章"名学的现象与文法的现象"，认为语言文字是表达思想的工具。思想构成的基本概念及其理论程序是名学的现象，如何按照表达的需要，用字、字群和句通过组织配合，把思想如实地表达出来，这就是文法的现象。这一章是全书的重点。这本书在语法研究方面立足于革新，在当时产生过一定的影响。
