姗洲黝黝粼黝黝姗服对各类从事科学技术工作人员所进行的继续教育和各种培训的活动。包括非大学的专科高等教育和培训，可获得大学学位的高等教育和培训，研究生和其他大学后教育和培训，以及为科学家和工程师组织的终身培训在内的所有活动。科技教育与培训活动应同研究与发展活动、科技服务区分开来。研究生等大学后培训阶段开展的研究与发展活动属于研究与发展，而大学图书馆、科学博物馆或实验站的活动以及高等教育机构实施的调查工作，不应列入科技教育和培训之中，应列入科技服务的相应类别，大学诊疗所的医疗活动应该视为事业性的医疗，也不应列入科技教育和培训。
