This paper makes use of the application of EDI in the shipping industry to study the reengineering of shipping business.
本文结合 EDI技术在航运业中的应用 ,从效率、准确性和灵活性三个方面对推广应用 EDI后所引起的航运业务流程的重构进行了系统的分析 ,从中发现 :EDI效率重构效应主要体现在通过建立一个“信息共享平台”,将相互之间有信息交流的业务环节连接起来以提高流程效率 ,但这种重构不增减业务流程的环节 ;EDI灵活性重构效应既表现为通过规范整个流程来简化整个业务流程 ,又可以借助 EDI增加信息的来源和提高信息的时效性来拓展整个业务流程结构 ;EDI在准确性方面的重构效应主要表现在对业务审核环节进行删减和合并 。
