County-level quality inspection institutes are the important component of the grass-roots quality and technical supervision department.

In order to strengthen the construction of the laboratories to be standard,regulatory and scientific in the institutes for drug control,and improve the technical level and management level,the working conditions of 18 district and county institutes for drug control were investigated in Beijing.
