[原料/调料]
干葫芦条 50公克
日式高汤 500cc
酒 30cc
味醂 35cc
砂糖 30公克
铝箔纸 1张
[制作流程]
1.干葫芦条洗净泡软,用滚水煮20~30分钟后沥干。
2.将沥干的葫芦条放入日式高汤中煮沸。
3.转小火,加入酒、味醂、酱油、砂糖,将铝箔纸撕小洞后盖上,焖煮至略为收汁即可。
