In this paper, we take the Dalian Onoguchi Company as objective, using modern strategic management concept, we thoroughly analyze and study its advantage and bad situation, opportunity and challenge, and work out the design of the growth strategy of Onoguchi company, with hope to develop its long-term competitive advantage.
