On the basis of experiences of construction insurance development at home and abroad, this paper suggests to compulsorily implement Construction All Risks, Erection All Risks, Inherent Defect Insurance as well as Accidental Injury Insurance, which has been carried out but still needs further improvements.
在综述工程保险国内外发展概况的基础上,提出在工程建设项目中应继续强制实行建工人身意外伤害险,并借鉴国外经验强制推行建筑工程一切险或安装工程一切险及工程质量责任险。

【机器安装保险】承保被保险人在安装机器、设备的过程中由于自然灾害和各种意外事故造成的损失和费用的保险。所保机器自存放在目的地时开始，保险人即承担全部货价的风险，机器安装完毕，只要是新机器，投保人可加保试车、考核期的保险责任，在安装的机器已移交给企业主使用或占用之后，还可加保保证期的保险责任。
