1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定：
2、工作前还必须遵守：
a、打开压缩空气伐门，检查挡车机构和承接模组小车的工作是否正常，如有不正常情况，应通知维修人员处理；
b、检查油泵、伐门、油缸的工作是否正常，如有不正常情况，应通知维修人员处理。c、
按模组高度调好电磁吸盘的高度，
3、工作中必须遵守：
a、当零件进行落砂时，先起动油泵；
b、打开冷却段挡车机构，使焙烧小车进少落砂机。当整个小车全部进入落砂机后，合上落砂机。当整个小车全部进放落砂机后，合上落砂机旁的挡车机构，才允许按下电磁吸按钮，板动手操旋伐，吸取模组；
c、承接小车进入吸盘下部时，注意不要与模组相碰；
d、当该焙烧小车的模组全部吸完后，打开挡车机构，才允许第二个焙烧小车进入；
e、工作中，不允许电磁吸盘压在模组上，以免损坏焙烧小车；
f、 天车吊起模组框时，严防碰撞承接小车。
4、工作后还必须遵守：
a、切断电源后，挡车机构的压缩空气伐门不许关闭，以免因挡车机构失去作用而发生拦车事故；
b、工作后，承接小车应停在落砂机外边的位置上；
c、打扫现场，清理设备时，特别注意将铸工输送机下边的砂皮清理干净，以免堵塞和损坏设备。
