| 元宵 中国节日食品。 用 糯米粉包入各种馅心做成的球形食品。南方多称汤圆、汤团、汤丸。元宵本为农历正月十五日夜，即元宵之夜所食。上元之夜吃元宵始于宋代。也有人认为是由唐代油发展而来的。制作元宵，中国有南北两大流派。南派的制法因制皮需吊糯米浆，被称为吊浆汤圆。北派的制法，因制作时需不断摇动，被称做摇元宵。现已用元宵机生产。各地因制元宵方法和使用的馅料不同，形成了不同风味的元宵。浙江的宁波汤团，上海的鲜肉汤团，潮州的四式汤团，成都的赖汤圆，重庆的山城小汤圆，是知名度较大的佳品。
