From 1984 to 2004 Chinese weightlifting team won 16 golds, 10 silvers and 8 bronzes in the weightlifting competition from 23rd through 28th summer Olympic Games, making great achievements and significant contributions to Chinese sports delegation.
为了研究和揭示中国举重队在第23-28届奥运会取得重大突破的基本原因和内在规律,促进中国举重运动的未来发展,本文采用文献资料法、调查法、观察法、逻辑方法、数理统计和浏览国际举重联合会网页等方法进行研究,并得出以下结论: 科学选材是造就奥运会冠军的先决条件;举国体制是实现奥运突破的根本保证;技术上精雕细刻,训练中求实创新,科学训练是实现奥运突破的重要前提;科技攻关,后勤保障,医务监督是实现奥运突破的助推剂;政策激励,科学管理是实现奥运突破的必要要件;教练员忘我奋斗,运动员勇于拼搏的精神是实现奥运突破的重要因素;协同国际举重联合会积极推动女子举重进入奥运会,使中国女子举重的优势地位在奥运会上充分展示;严禁兴奋剂,维护中国举重运动与国际举重运动的纯洁性。
