Based on the mechanism of agricultural landuse conversion at household level,the relationship between the conversion and its related factors was analyzed by using the Tobit model and 329 valid questionnaires in Tongshan City,Rudong and Changshu counties.

【土地用途】土地的具体利用状况，即土地用来做什么。在土地利用现状调查中，土地用途是指土地当时的实际用途。一般按土地利用现状分类表中的主要项目划分土地用途。如菜地、果园、人工草地、滩涂、盐碱地等。在城镇地籍调查中，则按调查时城镇土地分类表中所列地类，如商业服务业用地、铁路用地、市政公用设施用地等。在土地登记申请书中，土地用途填写登记时的实际用途，如仓库、学校、工厂等。在实际利用中若系多用途者，则需分清主要用途和次要用途，在土地登记时填写主要用途。一宗地为多层建筑物，土地以第一层建筑物用途确定其分类。
