This article focused on the principle,type and form of laboratory open teaching in the chemical specialty of normal college,and summarized the subject selection,teaching methods and obtained results in the opening lab construction of the chemical specialty of normal college.

The revision of the teaching plan in the chemistry specialty of high er teacher education has offered new fomular of curriculum,which is beneficial f or the compilation of now textbooks,the improvement of faculty members,the educa tion research and the education of talents in the 21st century.

Recent advances and trends in the research of phosphorus chemistry including asymmetric chemistry, coordination chemistry of phosphorus, biophosphorus chemistry, medicinal chemistry, agricultural chemistry are briefly reviewed in this article according to a presentation at the 15th International Conference on Phosphorus Chemistry in Sendai, Japan.

The paper also stresses four problems in doing agricultural geological work in terms of the relation between agricultural chemistry and geochemistry.
