Based on the construction of China s labor supply and demand models and empirical analysis,this paper raises conditions for balancing the total labor supply and demand,and reveals that the labor force will gradually not meet the demand.
本文通过构建我国劳动力总供求模型和实证分析,提出了劳动力总供求均衡的条件,揭示了我国劳动力将由供大于求,逐步转变为供小于求的演变过程和趋势,这种演变是长期的人口生育紧缩政策导致劳动力总供给逐步减少、资本密集型产业逐步替代劳动密集型产业等因素综合作用的结果。
