Misery by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov and Blessing by LU Xun indicates that they have a lot in common in literary creation,such as characters setting,animal depiction technique and narrative types,although,difference of their living times results in differences of their literary works in depth,range as well as social values.
契诃夫的《苦恼》和鲁迅的《祝福》,在人物设置、动物描写、叙事类型等几个方面均不无接近之处,由此可以见出《祝福》在题材内容和艺术技巧上对《苦恼》所作的吸收与借鉴,但它绝不是一次简单的模仿或复制的结果,《祝福》通过对乡土中国的人与事的言说,显示出了作者鲁迅特有的艺术个性,并烙有鲜明的中国文化的印迹。
