To skill curricula teaching, Bloom′s teaching goal reaching degree evaluaton criterion can not judge the result of teaching in accordance with students′ aptitude and all round development objectively, fairly and effectively.

Through questionnaire investigation and observation,the authors found that evaluation of progress degree and achieving degree helps to improve students,proper pride and self-trust in sports learning,to form favorable learning emotion and to constitute concordant relation between people.
