位于兰考县城西6公里的白云山上，墓高10米，周围松柏苍翠，绿草如茵，环境清幽。 相传白云山是张良隐居的地方。张良字子房，是秦末辅佐刘邦夺取江山的重要谋士，史家称为汉初三杰之一。年少时，他曾在博浪沙（今河南原阳东南）狙击秦始皇未果，后逃至江苏一带，遇黄石公，得《太公兵法》。秦末农民战争中，成为刘邦的谋士，刘邦曾夸赞他“运筹帷帐中，决胜千里外，子房功也”。汉朝建立后，张良不愿做官，佯称有疾，隐居于此山中。
