【碰撞责任条款】海上保险承保有关船舶碰撞责任的规定。按照伦敦保险协会“R.D.C’，规定的责任范围:①任何其他船舶或船舶上的财产碰撞责任。②任何其他船舶或船舶上的财产耽误或丧失使用。③其他船舶或财产的共同海损、救助费用、施救费用。④保险人对碰撞责任造成对第三者损失赔偿只承担最多不超过船舶保险金额的314。对下列各项责任，保险人不予负责:依法令规定对于残船、货物和其他任何障碍物的清除;除了他船或他船上的财产以外的任何不动产或私人财产;被保船舶所载的货物或其他财产;丧失生命或人体伤害或疾病。中国船舶保险条款有关“碰撞责任”的规定如下:当被保险船舶发生碰撞事故后，其应负的赔偿责任(包括被碰船舶及所载的货物、船坞、码头，或其他固定建筑物的损失、延迟、丧失使用和救助费用)，均由保险公司赔偿，但以不超过被保船舶的保险金额为限。此外，被保险人向第三者追偿的费用，以及为确定保险责任范围内的损失而支付的费用，亦可由保险人负责。
