| 企业文化 business civilization 意识形态在企业中的具体表现，反映企业成员共同认可的价值观和逐渐形成的工作态度。又称企业精神。 企业文化的内容主要有两个方面：①从本质上说，它包括企业职工的价值观念、道德规范、思想意识和工作态度等；②从外在表现上说，它包括企业的各种文化教育、技术培训、娱乐联谊活动等。企业文化就是这两个方面内容有机联系而形成的企业风貌精神。企业文化也反映了一种管理方式，它强调企业内部各成员的行为控制通过价值取向来进行内化和优化控制。资本主义国家已把企业文化当作一种新颖的管理工具，凭借这一工具把精心拟订的企业目标和策略变为具体的业绩。美国劳伦斯等人把美国企业文化的基础归纳为目标、共识、贡献、一体、成效、实征、亲密、正直8种基本的价值观。 社会主义企业文化具有其特色：①表现为物质文明和精神文明的结合，在发展社会主义生产的同时，企业内部形成文明的、先进的经营管理制度和工作生活方式，激发企业成员积极进取。②反映时代风貌。③突出企业的特色，反映企业的个性，为实现企业的经营目标服务。④激励职工的行为，达到内求团结、外求发展。⑤调节企业与市场的关系，开拓市场，提高效益。 企业文化是企业的宝贵精神财富。培育良好的企业文化，可以做到决策精明、信息灵敏、团结融洽、配合默契、效率快捷、勇于进取；可以克服官僚主义、闭塞保守、腐败昏庸、拖拉疲沓、扯皮掣肘、臃肿松弛等弊端；可以在企业成员中造成强大的凝聚力和创业的动力。 |
