夏木西巴努·哈木扎耶娃
新疆塔城人。中共党员。1959年毕业于新疆大学中文系。历任新疆工交学校教师，新疆青少年出版社编辑，精河县五七中学教师，乌鲁木齐市第十四中学教师，新疆教育学院中文系教师，副教授。乌鲁木齐连续七届政协委员，中国写作学会常务理事，新疆写作学会副会长、副秘书长。1956年开始发表作品。1994年加入中国作家协会。著有诗集《小草》、《母亲之歌》、《心里的春天》、《英雄小伙子》，长诗《两只小羊羔的争执》、《遭遇》、《光辉七十年》，《小学语文手册》，《文学概论大纲》等。
