中国清代画家。初名榆,字叔枚,后更名杜，字叔美，号松壶小隐,亦号松壶等,钱塘(今浙江省杭州市)人。能诗,善书法,擅长画山水、人物、仕女、花卉，尤以山水著称,画法学文徵明,旁参宋元人笔意，所作多意境幽深，笔触细腻,风格近吴门派；偶亦作金碧山水,面貌妍雅精工。存世作品颇富，代表作有《紫琅仙馆图》、《秋林月话图》（均藏故宫博物院）等。花卉学恽寿平，得其清秀之致。特长画梅,师法?悦霞?,风格幽冷疏散，时人谓可与金农、罗聘并驰。著作有《松壶画忆》、《松壶画赘》、《松壶诗存》、《画诀》等。
