The separation with quantitative analytical methodof taurine in Pinctada martensii was studied by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) after derivatization with opthaldialdehyde.
应用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生高效液相色谱法,测定了马氏珠母贝中牛磺酸,结果表明:采用邻苯二甲醛为柱前衍生剂,与原料中的牛磺酸发生衍生化反应后,以甲醇-乙酸钠溶液(体积比40︰60)为流动相,使用ODSC18分离柱,FLD检测器(EX=338nm,EM=444nm)等色谱条件下检测,牛磺酸的线性范围为2。

采用新合成的荧光衍生试剂咔唑_9_乙基氯甲酸酯(CEOC)作为柱前衍生试剂,利用毛细管电泳仪对游离氨基酸进行了分离,研究了该试剂用于氨基酸分离的几个关键的条件,从而实现了对14种氨基酸的基线分离。

山东青岛人。中共党员。1964年毕业于中国人民大学文艺理论研究班。历任青岛师范学校教师,山东师范大学中文系、文艺理论教研室主任,教授。山东省比较文学学会副会长,中国文艺理论学会理事,中国中外文艺理论学会常务理事,全国马列文论学会理事,全国毛泽东文艺思想研究会副会长。
1958年开始发表作品。1988年加入中国作家协会。著有专著《马克思主义典型学说概述》、《马克思主义典型学说史纲》、《文学理想论》、《毛泽东文艺思想概论》(与李戎合作),主编《文艺理论简明辞典》、《文艺范畴论》、《马克思主义文艺理论在中国》、《马克思主义文艺思想的发展与传播》、《中国现代作家谈创作经验》(上、下集)等。
