采用绘画艺术手法加以装饰的服装。中国上古时期已在车舆、衣冠上绘画，作为某种标识。后来借鉴刺绣衣裳的美化效果，将细致的绣花版样描画在服装上，或将名人画稿描摹在服装上，成为手绘装饰服装。辛亥革命以后，一些画匠在裙、袄、旗袍等女装上作画，使绘画艺术和服装融为一体。30年代，曾有著名国画家将作品用于手绘旗袍，风格高雅，被视为珍品。80年代以来，绘画艺术再度用于手绘服装，受到青年人喜爱。
