承租人要求出卖人交付标的物的权利：《合同法》第239条规定：“出卖人应当按照约定向承租人交付标的物”。解释如下：出卖人作为买卖的一方当然负有按照约定的时间、地点、方式、期限等交付标的物的义务，并且在融资租赁中出卖人交付标的物是其收取价款的前提，但在融资租赁中，出卖人的对方当事人虽为出租人，其交付标的物的义务却应向承租人履行之，此为约定的代出租人履行交付义务，出卖人未按约定向承租人交付标的物的，为违约行为，应负担违约责任，承租人可以要求出卖人继续履行交付义务，也可以解除合同，并要求赔偿损失。
