Analyzed the effect and situation of Chinese traditional industry enterprises after entering WTO, based on the condition of less of resources in enterprise conformity, this article points out the orientation of enterprise conformity, probes into the impetus of enterprise conformity, and analyses the obtaining of conformity impetus by noncooperative game theory.
