是指限房价、限地价的%26ldquo;两限%26rdquo;商品房。保证中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房土地供应。
对于商品房的批准、开发,各级城市人民政府要编制年度用地计划,科学确定房地产开发土地供应规模。要优先保证中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房和廉租住房的土地供应,其年度供应量不得低于居住用地供应总量的70%;土地的供应应在限套型、限房价的基础上,采取竞地价、竞房价的办法,以招标方式确定开发建设单位。
