Various kinds of Film Bulletin Board Systems (BBS) and Film Review Blogs have risen spontaneously and have been developing quickly for several years, and nowadays, more and more people are scanning, reading, or even writing Internet .

Internet criticism characterized by filmic forum and filmic Blog competes with traditional criticism for the readers.

In blog news commentary (BNC), this dialogism is reflected in bloggers\'selection of dialogic resources from the language system networks to adopt a stance to various value positions being referenced in their BNCs, and to negotiate with their putative readers, expecting them to respond to the current proposition and thus aligning them into the value positions they advance.

According to the evaluation theory and method of internet information,this paper builds an evaluation system of personal blog influence which has 9 evaluating indexes,based on a set of personal blog influence criteria including web log quality,blog author s authority,and interaction between authors and readers,and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to gain the weight of each index.

Based on multi-media,news comment of blog shows a difference compared with traditional news comments.
