| 布热津斯基（1928～ ） Brzezinski，Zbigniew 美国国家安全事务助理（1977～1981）。出生于波兰华沙，其父为1938年波兰驻加拿大蒙特利尔总领事，幼年随父母生活在国外。1945年全家定居加拿大。1949年毕业于加拿大麦吉尔大学，1950年就读于美国哈佛大学，1953年获哲学博士学位。同年移居美国，1958年加入美国籍。1956年任哈佛大学俄国研究中心和国际问题中心助理教授 、 副研究员。1961年任J.F.肯尼迪外交政策顾问。1960年任哥伦比亚大学国际法和政治学副教授。1961年任社会科学研究学会当代中国问题联合委员会成员。1962年任哥伦比亚大学国际法教授和哥伦比亚大学国际动态研究所所长。1962年后任国务院和兰德公司顾问。1966年任国务院政策计划委员会委员。1973年与大通曼哈顿银行董事长戴维·洛克菲勒共同发起组织美、欧、日“三边委员会”，任主任。1977年任J.卡特政府国家安全事务助理。1981年后，任哥伦比亚大学政治学教授、乔治顿大学战略与国际问题中心高级顾问。布热津斯基对苏联和中国的研究有独到见解，在美、苏、中大三角关系中，力主联华制衡苏联。著有《永恒的清算——苏联极权主义下的政治》、《苏联军队的政治控制》、《苏联集团——统一和斗争》、《区分的抉择》、《两个时代之间》、《日本的危机与变化》、《非洲和共产主义世界》、《二十世纪世界共产主义的兴衰》、《非洲和共产主义世界》等。 |
