Managing Supply Flexibility and Inventory Risks in an Innovative Product Supply Chain;

One hand,supply flexibility may provide an opportunity for an innovative product supply chain to be reconfigured with the different stage of product life cycle,so as to dealing with the uncertainty of demand and supply.
