财政政策与其他经济政策的配合财政政策与产业政策、货币政策、价格政策之间的协调配合。是实现财政政策目标和经济协调发展的重要条件。财政政策是贯彻国家产业政策的重要手段，产业政策必须依靠财政政策才能实现。国家财政通过税收政策鼓励或限制不同产业、产品的发展，通过投资政策和补贴政策，直接支持基础产业、新兴产业和急需发展的产业，并间接地引导社会资金的投入和流向，影响着产业结构的调整和发展方向。同时，产业政策决定着国民经济的生产规模和结构，它对分配结构及财政收支状况有重要影响。财政政策必须以产业政策为基础。 财政政策与货币政策之间存在着密切的内在联系。财政和银行都是国家分配资金的渠道，共同担负着供应生产建设资金的任务。财政收支规模、构成会影响银行信贷资金来源;财政赤字会影响银行信贷收支平衡和货币供应量。货币政策也常常制约财政政策的效果。财政政策与货币政策都对社会供需总量平衡和结构平衡产生重大影响。在国民经济宏观调控中，财政、货币两大政策的紧密配合，成为稳定经济的基本条件。 财政政策与价格政策都具有分配国民收入和调节经济的职能。价格政策影响财政政策，财政政策制约着价格政策。价格变动引起的一系列国民收入再分配，必然影响财政收支，从而影响财政平衡。价格状况还影响着财政调节的力度和效果，不合理的价格体系是造成财政补贴负担沉重的根本原因;价格水平的稳定往往需要财政政策的支持。财政分配制约着价格分配，价格的重大调整要受到财政承受能力的制约;财政赤字往往是引起物价水平上涨的重要因素;税收与价格共同调节着企业的利润水平。 财政政策与个人收入分配政策，客观上存在相互影响、相互制约的关系。财政政策是调节积累与消费比例，实现个人收入分配公平目标的重要手段，而税收政策和补贴政策直接涉及到个人收入水平的调节，一部分社会成员的个人收人是通过财政分配形成的。特别是在中国公有制为基础的市场经济条件下，财政政策是决定国民收入分配格局的主导力量，个人收入分配政策受财政政策制约。当然，个人收入分配政策也影响财政收入和支出，财政政策也必须考虑个人收入水平变动的影响。 在诸种政策的协调配套中，财政政策与货币政策的配套是市场经济条件下宏观管理的一个大课题。就其对于需求是起刺激作用还是压缩作用而言.两大政策的配合大致有二种模式:①双紧政策。
