College capital construction audit developed in the internal audit department has great significance in saving cost, regulating management, ensuring project quality, optimizing the college internal controlling system, and promoting a clean and honest administration.

This paper introduces the definition of the audit of university, and according to the differences of the audit objects, divides the audit functions of university into the main function and the auxiliary function, the former including the supervision function and management function, and the later including evaluation function and verification function.

The Use of Electronic Network System in College Infrastructure Auditing;

The capital construction in university is the guarantee to the development of university.

According to the specific characteristics of the risk assessment for college capital construction projects,this paper uses analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weights of various evaluation indicators and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) to assess the risk.

Therefore,the performance audits in universities will become the developing trend of university audit.
