In order to understand the relationship between the academic grades and the parental rearing pattern of the Form 1 students in Macau, an investigate survey is conducted to 120 Form 1 students coming from 3 secondary schools in Macau.

In the light of the need of personnel training for 21th century and the purpose of carrying out quality-oriented education,the present paper discusses the new teaching pattern of physical education for the freshmen in colleges and universities,that is ,creative purpose,creative content and method.

In cognizance of the fact that freshman is lack of knowledge and skill,the paper analyzes the necessity of the opening of designing experiment in inorganic chemistry experiment course for the freshman,based on the thought of adapting to the requirements of college evaluation,and cultivating students\'precise scientism,and problem discovering and solving ability.
