The results show that Z-18 retarder activator could keep the activity of the catalyst effectively,reduce the yield of coke,and improve the product distribution.

The run results of CDCM catalyst in 800 kt·a-1 two-stage riser heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit(TSRFCC) in Yumen indicated that the catalyst exhibited high activity,good selectivity to target product,strong heavy oil cracking capability and excellent tolerance to heavy metals,with remarkably improved product distribution and product quality.

In the two-stage riser fluid catalytic cracking(TSRFCC) experimental unit using Kelamayi coker gas oil(CGO) as feedstock,the effects of operation parameters,such as reaction temperature,catalyst-oil ratio and residence time,on the catalytic cracking conversion of CGO,and the change of product distribution between conventional FCC and TSRFCC under the same conversion were investigated.
