何扬·吴茜现代绘画馆于1997年2月开馆，是中国第一家由国家批准的私人美术馆。该馆长期展出何扬、吴茜夫妇自己的美术作品。也为国内外艺术家办展。于1997年2月1日开馆。
何扬是北京美术家协会会员，建设美术家协会副主席，职业画家。
吴茜是北京美术家协会会员，北京画院画家，副教授职称。
绘画馆藏品有何扬的《新主题主义》作品16幅、《北京的传说系列》12幅、《花儿与少女系列》20幅、《云山系列》10幅等。吴茜的《水乡系列》10幅、《新水墨系列》16幅、《新工笔水乡》4幅等（共60幅）。
