| 普通话 以中国北京语音为标准音、以北方话为基础方言、以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范的现代汉民族共同语。中华人民共和国建立以后，为了加强政治、经济、文化的统一，为了顺利进行社会主义建设，决定把汉民族的共同语加以规范，大力推广。1955年召开全国文字改革会议和现代汉语规范问题学术会议，确定了民族共同语的标准，给普通话下了科学的定义，制定了推广的方针、政策和措施。普通话的标准包括语音、词汇、语法3个方面。普通话以北京语音为标准音。北京语音主要指北京话的语音系统，不包括个别的土音部分。以北方话为基础方言，北方话的词汇是普通话词汇的基础和主要来源。以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范，所谓“典范”的著作，是指具有广泛代表性的著作，如国家的法律条文，报刊的社论，以及现代著作家的作品等。现代白话文著作是相对早期的白话文著作来讲的。普通话是现代汉语的标准语，是现阶段汉民族语言统一的基础，是现代汉语发展的主流和方向。 |
