In the beginning of 1970’s,a significant international conference—“The Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe”,which was originated in the mood of hostility between the two blocks,was finally opened up after a long term of bargaining.

As the first multinational parliament in the world, European Parliament, EU(European Union) Council, Commission of European Union, European Court and European Bank are the five most important organs of EU.

Especially with the development of European political integration, parties play a more and more important role, with the establishment of European parliament and emergence of transnational political parties in the parliament, the status and role of parties in Europe are further strengthened.

A Survey and Analysis of the Perception towards ASEM;

Under such background, the sole multilateral cooperation mechanism between Asia and Europe—ASEM(Asia-Europe Meeting) was established, and it has made a good effect.

It ap-proaches the functions of parties in the European Parliament by means of ana-lyzing them.

The OSCE process, starting with CSCE, witnesses, takes part in and also contributes to the development of contemporary international relations and that in Europe in particular.
