With research on the problem of remanufacturing optimal design for remanufacturability, the remanufacturability assessing indicator assessment system is established with three aspects; based on the assessment system, the key design parameters are extracted, and the quantifing relationship between the key design parameters and remanufacturability is founded.
本文针对面向产品再制造性的再制造优化设计研究问题,建立由技术性、经济性、环境性等指标组成的产品再制造性评价指标体系;并在此基础上将产品设计信息参数与再制造特性进行关联分析,提取关键设计参数,以及其与再制造性的映射关系,而后通过调控再制造关键设计参数反馈到设计方案,进而得到具有良好再制造性的产品设计方案。
