市场分割理论——
市场分割理论认为，在贷款或融资活动进行时，贷款者和借款者并不能自由地在利率预期的基础上将证券从一个偿还期部分替换成另一个偿还期部分，或者说，认为市场是低效的。在市场存在着分割的情况下，投资者和借款者由于受到了法律、偏好或者某种投资期限的限制，他们的贷款和融资活动总是局限于一些特殊的偿还期部分。而且在其最严格的限制下，即使现行的利率水平说明如果他们进行市场间的转移会获得比实际要高的预期收益率，投资者和借款人也不会离开自己的市场而进入另一个市场。
