The revising algorithm of the image contour was studied according to the image characteristic of the human body joint,when the contour recognizing had been done, contour could be revised by the methods of the auto-selection and manual-selection manner respectively, and the image processing effect has the higher accuracy.

为了评估人体髋关节生物力学属性,通过建立一个三维静态人体髋关节生物力学普适模型,并以人体单足静立状态为例,计算和分析了髋关节处的峰值应力、承载区域、应力分布等生物力学属性;通过与文献比较,显示本模型具有较好的可靠性;所建立的人体髋关节生物力学普适模型,可有效地应用于临床髋关节生物力学分析,从而为揭示骨盆骨性几何参数与髋关节接触力与应力分布间的本质关系、为临床治疗髋关节疾病等提供科学的理论依据。
