经验共享，共同进步！该协会从1974年美国开始设立该考试，每年考2次，

5月中和11月中考试，全世界统一命题，统一时间考试，但由于时差的存在，

在美国和在中国的考试时间实际上相差8-12 个小时。

拥有“国际注册内部审计师”资格在美国被称为"global excellence" 的标志。

到目前为止，中国已经有400多人通过“国际注册内部审计师”(internaitoanl

certifired internal auditor)考试并获"国际注册内部审计师"(cia)资格和证书。

成为国中国首批cia！

国际注册内部审计师考试于1998年月11月首次在中国第一次开考，由中国国务院

审计署和“国际注册内部审计师考试”协会监考，考试地点在广州市中山大学，

考试语言为英语；首次考试的中国考生中有4名一次通过全部科目，这四名考生

分别来自上海和广州。

1999年11月，中国审计署宣布新增山东省济南市为中国的第二个“国际注册内

部审计师”考场，考试语言增加了中文，由国际注册内部审计师协会

组织翻译。

现在，全国只有山东省和广东省两个省作为考试地点，以后会在

国大城市开考，全国其它地区的朋友想考的可以在当地省审审计厅或市的审计局

汇总报名或到要到山东省和广东省审计厅报名。报名条件：学士学位或拥有中国

注册会计师证书或会计师职称证书。报名一科150元，在校四年级本科生可报考，

费用半价，注意：大专或以下学历的只有你拥有中国注册会计师考试全部科目合

格证书或会计师职称证书才能报考。

报名地点之一的广东省审计厅在广州市天河南方人材市场大楼西北方后面，山东

省的报名地点在山东省济南市，由于北方的报名人数较多，所以

山东省报名人数数以千人，热火朝天。教材在广东省审计厅或山东省审计厅有的

卖，中文的，3本，其中一本是95-97年的考题。全部是96年翻译，所以比较旧。

复习中文资料复习起来就比较难一次通过cia所有科目，笔者也是两次才通过cia

全部科目。
