In this research we integrate eye tracking and ERP technique by trial to trial paradigm to investigate the neural activities of anti-saccade, pro-saccade and keeping gaze during the instruction stage,the exogenous cue preparation stage as well as the response stage.

The university students and older adults had similar response speed;The older adults had slightly more conflict in either exogenous cue condition or endogenous cue condition,which supported decline in inhibition theory.

In order to reduce the computational complexity of the fast motion estimation and improve the accuracy of motion compensation, a new block-matching algorithm called line-square search (LSS) algorithm was proposed, in which the strategy of the line search was introduced.

By combiming a derivativefree line search with the projected heasian SQP methods,a quasiNewton method for solving equality constrained optimization problems was proposed.

A line search technique for nonlinear equations which is a modification of the so called "derivative free line search"given by Griewank (1986) is proposed.
