性质:又称配位体对位效应。在过渡金属络合物中,配位体与中心金属以及诸配位体之间都是相互影响的。如配位体L与X在络合物中五相处于反应(即对位),当配位体X被另一基团取代或进行同位素交换反应时,处于X对位的配位体L对上述取代或同位素交换反应时,处于X对位的配位体L对上述取代同位素交换反应的速度有一定影响,这种影响称为配位体反应效应。如X能被更快速取代,是称配位体L具有强反应效应。
