主料：土豆、胡萝卜、肉肠
辅料：柿子椒、黄瓜、葱、姜
调料：盐、鸡精、白糖、料酒、淀粉、香油
烹制方法：
1、将土豆、胡萝卜、柿子椒、黄瓜、肉肠分别切成丁，葱姜切成丝备用；
2、坐锅点火倒入油，油热后先下土豆、胡萝卜煸炒，放入葱姜丝炒香，然后放入黄瓜、柿子椒、肉肠翻炒，加入盐、鸡精、料酒、白糖调味，水淀粉勾芡，淋香油即可出锅。
